Today we will prepare a familiar dish with unusual ingredients. Fish zrazy with olives, eggs and hake garlic. There is no bread or breadcrumbs in this dish. The dish will be low in calories and will not lead to weight gain. Oatmeal and sesame seeds are among the healthiest foods. They will make minced meat made from inexpensive fish tastier. Hake zrazy never get bored. Crispy sesame breading is combined with ground coriander – these two flavors complement each other well. The formed crust protects the minced fish from overdrying – the fish zrazy with olives will be juicy. Let’s figure out how to cook a delicious recipe – do-it-yourself fish zrazy with an egg!
Pickled olives have a rich sour taste. Together with garlic, they create an interesting flavor effect that brings variety to fresh dishes from low-fat sea fish. Hake defrost, wash, cut the fillet. We clean medium-sized onions.
Grind the hake fillet and onion, pour into a deep bowl.
Salt the minced fish and sprinkle generously with ground coriander.
We break the egg. Instead of an egg, you can add a tablespoon of starch to minced fish.
Pour the oatmeal, after kneading them with your palms. After such manipulations, some of the flakes will turn into flour, the rest will be slightly wrinkled.
Stir the minced meat and leave for 10 minutes so that the flakes absorb moisture and swell.
The minced meat should be soft, but not watery. We form cakes from minced meat, in the center we make indentations for olives and small cubes of garlic. We do not salt the stuffing.
We make zrazy from minced fish with an egg. Hard boil 1-2 eggs, cool, cut into pieces, pour over olives.
We close the edges of the stuffing so that the filling is inside. We transfer the zrazy from palm to palm to compact the minced meat, then bread it in sesame seeds. Breading should not create a powerful sesame shell, minced fish should be visible through a thin layer of seeds.
Add oil to the pan as it is absorbed so that the sesame crust does not burn, set a small fire. Zrazy fry for 2-3 minutes on one side, turn over with a spatula, cover the pan. The other side is fried longer - for 5-6 minutes on the smallest fire.
When serving, fish zrazy with an egg is lightly crushed with raw sesame seeds. Serve hot, warm, cold. In any form, they are appetizing and attractive.
