Here is an accessible and practical recipe that combines both fish and a potato side dish. Prepare delicious fish baked with potatoes in the oven for dinner. What fish is best to bake in the oven with potatoes? Use any fish with few bones as a base – it can be hake, pollock or mackerel. You can also buy dorado or sea bass. For baking, you can fillet the fish, cut it into portions or bake it whole, whichever is more convenient for you. To make the potatoes juicier, add some vegetables and mayonnaise to them – as a sauce. Fish baked with potatoes in the oven will be hearty and nutritious. Tender baked potatoes perfectly complement the juicy fish!
Peel and rinse the potatoes, cut into medium-sized wedges or slices.
Peel the onion and carrot, chop the vegetables. Cut the carrots into thin strips, and the onion into quarters or half rings.
Mix potatoes with onions and carrots.
Salt and pepper the vegetables. You can also add any seasonings for potatoes.
Pour half of the mayonnaise over the vegetables, stir several times and place in a baking dish, previously greased with vegetable oil.
