First of all, we prepare the filling. By the time the pies are formed, it should be cooled down. In a frying pan with hot vegetable oil, fry the chopped onion until translucent.
Add shredded cabbage. Mix it with onions and simmer for a few minutes over low heat.
Add grated carrots to cabbage and onions. Mix everything and continue cooking.
After 5 minutes, lay out thin strips of bell pepper and tomato paste. Add salt, mix everything. Simmer the contents of the pan for another 10 minutes.
Transfer the filling to a flat plate and refrigerate.
Our yeast pies with cabbage in milk - we are preparing sponge dough. Pour warm milk into a deep container, add yeast and a teaspoon of sugar. Mix everything with a whisk.
The resulting liquid is mixed with three tablespoons of flour. Leave the dough on the work surface. At this time, heat the butter in a water bath or in the microwave.
