We prepare classic pancakes with 0.5 liters of milk. Add sugar, salt to the milk and pour in vegetable oil. You can use any: sunflower, olive or melted butter. But remember that all pancake dough ingredients should be at room temperature.
Now add the egg. Whisk the dough base until smooth.
We begin to sift the flour into the milk. It is advisable to do this in parts, this makes it easier to break up lumps in the dough. Sift 1 part and then mix with a whisk until the lumps disappear completely. In this way we add all the flour according to the recipe. As a result, we get a liquid and homogeneous dough.
Heat the frying pan over a fire, and then grease it with a drop of oil. You can use either a silicone brush or a paper napkin. Holding the pan suspended, pour in a ladle of dough and spread it over the surface with rocking movements.
Fry the pancake on one side until it begins to easily come off the pan. Turn it over to the other side and fry for 30-40 seconds until the edges are browned.
