Delicious recipe for spicy Mexican salad with chicken and bell pepper. This is a bright culinary composition, it diversifies the daily diet. It can be served on the festive table as a light showy snack. A vitamin dish prepared at home is distinguished by an abundance of colors, tastes and aromas. Tender chicken breast, nutritious green beans, sweet corn, miniature red tomatoes and juicy bell peppers. Vegetables are combined with oily avocado pulp, thin strings of purple onions and hot chili peppers. An interesting addition to a spicy Mexican chicken salad are corn chips. Crispy golden slices serve as a decoration of the dish. Chips are in perfect harmony with the rest of the ingredients.
We send beans to boiling salted water. Cook it from the moment of boiling for 7 minutes. Then we recline the beans on a sieve to remove all the liquid from it.
Cut the chicken fillet into horizontal plates 5 mm thick. This is most conveniently done with a long knife with a wide blade.
Sprinkle meat on both sides with paprika, salt and black pepper.
Fry chicken slices in a small amount of oil for two minutes on each side.
While the meat is cooling, we are engaged in vegetables. Pepper cut into strips.
