Here is a simple and affordable recipe for solyanka with chicken and sausage. Add vegetables and sausages to the cooked broth, such a hot dish will turn out tasty, satisfying and rich. It is very convenient to use chicken for cooking solyanka – the broth from it will cook quickly, all that remains is to fry it and add black olives for piquancy. For frying, use onions, carrots and any sausages. Take dairy sausages, any smoked sausage and smoked-boiled bacon. Tomato paste and pickles will add pleasant sour notes. Such solyanka with chicken turns out thick, rich and very appetizing! Do not miss the opportunity to cook such a dish for the whole family.
Wash the poultry, put it in a bowl and pour clean water over it, put it on the stove, let the water boil. Remove the foam, add salt to taste and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Then put the diced potatoes into the pan and cook everything together for another 10-15 minutes. Then take the chicken out and clean the meat of excess.
While the poultry and potatoes are cooking, prepare the sauté. Peel the onions and carrots and cut them into cubes. Chop the pickles in the same way.
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, add onion, carrot and cucumber. Sauté the vegetables for 3-4 minutes, don't forget to stir.
Meanwhile, dice all the sausages and bacon. You can use smoked sausages and milk sausage if you wish, or vice versa.
Place all the sliced sausages in the frying pan with the fried vegetables. Add the tomato paste there as well.
Add a couple of tablespoons of broth from the pan and simmer the sauté for 5-6 minutes on low heat. The sauté for the chicken solyanka soup is ready.
Place it in a saucepan, stir, and try to see if there is enough salt.
Add the pitted black olives to the soup. If necessary, you can cut them into rings. Bring it to a boil and cook on low heat for another 5-8 minutes.
Finally, add finely chopped parsley to the soup, add ground pepper to taste and it's ready. Turn off the heat and let the dish sit for 10 minutes.
Hearty solyanka with chicken recipe is ready! Serve it to the table - fresh it is very tasty and aromatic! Add lemon to taste and sour cream if desired.
