Let’s prepare a recipe – openwork pancakes made with milk with holes at home!
A prerequisite for getting delicious openwork pancakes with milk is to take the milk, kefir and egg out of the refrigerator one hour before preparing the dough. They should reach room temperature. First of all, we extinguish the soda. Pour it into a small container and fill it with vinegar. Mix well and foam.
In a deeper container, combine the soda solution with kefir and whisk. The resulting mixture should begin to actively foam.
Add egg, salt and sugar. We continue to beat all the products together. During the mixing process, the white and yolk of the egg should become more liquid.
Add sifted flour. Knead a thick dough without lumps.
Add milk and vegetable oil. Mix the contents of the container until it reaches a homogeneous consistency. Beat the resulting dough. We achieve the appearance of foam on the surface. The resulting bubbles are future holes in the finished products. We don’t remove the whisk too far. In the process of frying the recipe for thin lacy pancakes with milk, you will need to constantly beat the dough.
Let's start baking. Pour half a teaspoon of vegetable oil into the bottom of a hot non-stick frying pan. Spread it evenly with a silicone brush. Pour in a small amount of dough and stretch it across the entire bottom of the pan. The thinner the pancakes are, the better the pattern will be.
Fry the products for 30 seconds on each side. Lightly grease the pan with oil before each portion of dough.
