First remove the frozen hake from the freezer and let it defrost at room temperature. Then clean the fish from scales and entrails, then cut off all the fins. Rinse the cut fish and cut into medium pieces. Season each slice with salt and pepper to taste. You can also use fish spices.
Now prepare the batter. To do this, beat a large chicken egg into a deep bowl. Add rich, delicious mayonnaise and a little flour there. Season the batter with salt and pepper to taste.
