Today we will prepare delicate syrniki with a beautiful golden crust. They are ideal for a cheerful start to the day if complemented with sour cream and pieces of berries. And if you top the syrniki with condensed milk or jam, they will be a great addition to coffee or tea. To make the recipe successful, use cottage cheese that is not too dry, but not too wet. If you take it wet, the syrniki will turn out liquid and will spread when fried. And it will be difficult to form beautiful products from cottage cheese that is too dry.
