We prepare the dough for thin, delicious pancakes in water with eggs - for kneading we take a container of a suitable size. Break eggs into it and add granulated sugar.
For three minutes, beat the contents of the container until fluffy foam.
Add vanillin and salt. Whisk everything again.
Heat boiled water until hot. Slowly pour it into the egg mixture. Mix immediately.
Add sifted flour and baking powder in small portions. Mix the dough. Add vegetable oil. Bring the contents of the container until smooth and leave to rest. After 15 minutes we evaluate the quality of the test. It should be liquid. If small lumps remain, break them up with an immersion blender and start baking pancakes.
