This dish can be served with any sauces, berries or fruits. It is often served with honey, fruit jam or sour cream. Natural yogurt is also ideal; this product is not very fatty and very healthy. Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it over medium heat until it gets hot. Pour in a portion of the dough, tilt the pan to the sides so that it spreads, and you get a round pancake. Holes will immediately begin to appear.
Fry the pancakes on both sides for 15-20 seconds, they will quickly fry and turn golden brown. Lightly oil the pan from time to time to prevent the items from sticking.
