Use regular kefir as the basis for a smoothie with oatmeal and banana – this fermented milk product will make it thicker, with a pleasant taste and delicate consistency. Since bananas are not very sweet, we recommend adding a little honey. As a last resort, replace honey with sugar or powdered sugar. For added nutrition, add oatmeal, they are very filling. Once blended, you won’t even realize there are flakes in the smoothie. But you will have enough energy and strength for a long time, because oatmeal has high nutritional value. All the ingredients of a healthy smoothie – banana, kefir, oatmeal – combine perfectly with each other, the drink turns out to be refreshing, invigorating, tasty, aromatic and moderately sweet.
Pour the required amount of oatmeal into the blender bowl. There is no need to pre-cook the flakes; use them dry.
Add a little honey there - it will give the smoothie a pleasant sweetish taste and delicate aroma. If you don’t have honey, you can use regular sugar, but it still tastes better with honey.
Peel the bananas and cut into slices, place the fruit in a blender. Use ripe and soft fruits.
Pour in kefir - it will make a tasty and healthy drink. The fat content of kefir can be whatever you like.

Beat the smoothie with an immersion blender for 3-4 minutes until all the ingredients are crushed and the flakes are completely dissolved in the kefir mixture with bananas and honey.
