Delicious mandarin lemonade at home is very easy to make. First, let's prepare the sweet syrup. To do this, pour sugar into a saucepan and add 250-300 ml of water. Place the syrup on low heat. Wait for it to boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Place 2 mint sprigs in a saucepan and turn off the heat. Leave until completely cool. Afterwards, the mint can be removed, since during this time it will already give up its freshness to the syrup.
We peel the tangerines and divide them into slices. It is important to choose seedless varieties or remove them yourself. Place the slices into a blender bowl and grind until pureed.
We rub the chopped mandarin through a fine sieve, separating the juice from the pulp. We won't need the leftovers.
Add the juice of mandarin and one lemon to the cooled syrup. Stir the sweet base and taste, you may want more acid or sugar.
