Seven different components, combined with mayonnaise, turn into a very tasty snack dish. It is popular during the holidays. The dish has a delicious taste and beautiful appearance. Men especially like this french salad with boiled chicken fillet. Most likely because of the meat and french fries in the composition.
Use the sharpest knife to cut the boiled chicken fillet into thin strips.
Finely chop the cabbage.
Peel the radish and cut into strips.
Peeled raw carrots are also cut into thin sticks.
Boil the beets for 15 minutes, then cool, peel and either grate or cut by hand into long thin slices.
Remove the kernels from the walnuts and chop them with a knife.
Potatoes should be added just before serving to keep the salad fresh and crunchy. Cut the peeled tubers into thin sticks - even smaller than you usually cut into fries.
Rinse the cut slices well to wash off the starch, dry them and fry them over high heat.
The fried french fries should be cooled down before they go to the salad.
Now mix all the ingredients, salt and season with mayonnaise. French salad is ready!
Enjoy your meal!
