We suggest preparing a version with an unusual sauce. The combination of creamy processed cheese and boiled egg with a piquant sourness of pickled cucumber will surprise you. Boil a chicken egg hard in advance – about 15 minutes and cool it in cold water. Wash the dill and dry it with paper towels. Put the egg, a piece of processed cheese, dill, a small pickled cucumber and half a tablespoon of mayonnaise in a blender bowl.
Blend all ingredients to make a thick sauce.
To make a beautiful decoration of bruschetta with red fish and cucumber, take a high-quality tasty trout. Remove the bones from the fillet, if any, and cut into small cubes. The filling is ready!
The basis of our bruschetta will be freshly baked crispy baguette, you can take a regular loaf. Cut it diagonally into pieces, about 1 cm thick.
Dry the baguette in a dry frying pan or in a small amount of vegetable oil. We used olive oil.
To arrange the sauce beautifully, use a pastry bag or a regular plastic bag. Put the sauce inside, twist the bag and cut off the corner.
