Many people love chicken cutlets – they are tender and soft, aromatic and tasty. But if you cook them from fillet, the mince may turn out dry. To avoid this, add grated zucchini to the chicken mince; young fruits are perfect for the recipe. Chicken cutlets with zucchini will be juicy and melt in your mouth. You can serve this dish with mashed potatoes or pre-cooked spaghetti. The products can be fried for several days, then you will not have to think about what to cook for dinner. All that remains is to heat up the chicken cutlets with zucchini and serve them to the table.
Rinse the chicken fillet and cut it into medium pieces. Mince it together with the onion. This will make the mincemeat juicier and tastier.
Cut off the ends of the zucchini, grate it on a large or medium grater, and add it to the minced chicken.
Salt and pepper the minced chicken to taste, mix all the ingredients. You can add any spices for chicken if you wish.
Lightly wet your hands in water, form the cutlets and coat each one in breadcrumbs to create a crispy crust when fried.
