Here is an original version of the classic Greek salad with Chinese cabbage. In addition to traditional vegetables and salted brynza, you will need crispy Chinese cabbage. It makes the dish lighter and airier, brighter and more unusual. It will take you no more than 15-20 minutes to prepare the Greek salad with Chinese cabbage. After all, all the vegetables are used fresh, all that remains is to chop them and mix them with the sauce. Olive oil, lemon juice and a little spice are perfect as a dressing. Dried aromatic oregano will perfectly complement both the vegetables and the feta cheese!
Rinse the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips – thin or larger. This cabbage is very tender and crispy, so it is not necessary to cut it too finely.
Place the chopped cabbage in a deep salad bowl, where it will be convenient to mix all the ingredients.
Add chopped tomatoes, red bell peppers and cucumbers to the cabbage. Cut the vegetables into medium pieces or slices.
Peel the red salad onion, cut it into half rings and put it in the salad. This onion has a beautiful color and a pleasant, not spicy taste.
Add diced brynza and pitted black olives to this simple Greek salad with Chinese cabbage.
Drizzle the dish with olive oil, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with aromatic dried oregano. If you wish, you can simply make a dressing sauce from these ingredients. Just mix the oil with lemon juice and spices, stir everything together and pour the dressing over the salad. Now mix all the ingredients together.
