You can cook them every day, especially during the season. Young zucchini are best suited for cooking; they have a delicate and thin skin, the seeds inside are small and inconspicuous. After preparing the zucchini dough, add semolina. It will absorb excess moisture, the zucchini pancakes with semolina will turn out with a crispy crust. To serve, use absolutely any sauce you like. Prepare all the ingredients for making pancakes and begin the process. Rinse the vegetables and cut off the tails. Grate the young zucchini on a coarse grater along with the skin and seeds, squeeze out the excess juice from the vegetable mass.
Cut the peeled onion into small cubes. Onions will add juiciness and additional taste.
Add the chopped onion to the bowl with the squash mixture.
