Let's start the recipe for a waffle cake with condensed milk by preparing the cream. Mix boiled condensed milk at room temperature with soft butter. Use oil that is fatty, fresh and of high quality, at least 82%. You will need to boil condensed milk - it has a pleasant caramel taste. You can buy it ready-made or cook it at home yourself, but it will take at least an hour. The longer it cooks, the thicker it will be. It is also worth noting that the more cream, the sweeter the product.
Stir the cream thoroughly with a whisk or to speed up the process, simply beat with a mixer. Or use a blender if you have one. The consistency of the creamy mass will be tender and soft.
Then start frosting the waffle layers with the caramel buttercream. Usually there are 7-9 pieces in a pack. Apply the cream in a thin layer so that the waffles do not soften too much, otherwise the cake may not turn out as crispy as it should be.
