Flakes corn chocolate For decoration, thin
The New Year’s chocolate pine cone cake will look simply fabulous on your holiday table! The chocolate cornflakes decoration makes it look like real fir cones. We added additional boiled condensed milk as a filling. The chocolate pine cone cake turns out very tasty, and the crispy flakes pleasantly complement its sweetness. After New Year’s salads, your children will be happy to try such an unusual dish. Plus it cooks very quickly!
Our chocolate pine cone cake is a no-bake dessert, so it won’t take much time to prepare. Take the simplest cookies and grind them in the bowl of a blender with an s-shaped blade. If you don't have a blender, place the cookies in a bag or file and crush them using a rolling pin. Pour the crumbs into a deep plate.
Also grind a small amount of walnuts in a blender or cut into fine crumbs with a knife. Transfer to crushed liver.
Combine room temperature butter with condensed milk using a hand whisk or blender. You should get a smooth, homogeneous mass.
Sift 15 grams of cocoa powder into the crushed cookies and nuts. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
Add the sweet butter-milk mixture to the cookies and knead into a homogeneous dough with your hands. It should be quite soft so that you can easily insert the flakes. If the mass turns out to be dense, just add more condensed milk.
Divide the resulting mass into 4 parts, and from each part form a base for a cone. To prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands, moisten them with cold water.
If you love sweet desserts, then we suggest you fill chocolate pine cone cake with boiled condensed milk. Carefully cut out the bottom of each piece.
Add half a teaspoon of filling inside. From the mass that you cut out, form a “lid” and cover the bottom with it. Do this with each piece.
All that remains is to decorate and the recipe for the chocolate pine cone cake is ready! Gently press the thin chocolate cornflakes into the soft mixture in a circle until they resemble the scales of fir cones. Brew tea or coffee and enjoy a fabulous dish!
Enjoy your meal!
