Prepare an exquisite Turkish dessert Magnolia. This is a light and beautiful pudding made from milk cream, crushed biscuits and thin pieces of kiwi. A simple and quick to prepare dish conquers with its delicate taste. Popular in Turkey, the recipe has many variations. Kiwi can be replaced with strawberries, peach or banana. Let’s cook a delicious and easy Turkish Magnolia dessert recipe at home!
For the recipe, we also need 2 creamers. Crush the cookies into crumbs using a kitchen rolling pin. To do this, we break it into small pieces and place it in a freezer bag or in a regular file. We put the packed cookies on the table and knead with a rolling pin until very small crumbs. If desired, this process can be entrusted to the blender.
Peel the kiwi, cut lengthwise and then across into thin slices. To decorate the finished dish, set aside one tablespoon of crushed cookies and two pieces of kiwi.
Pour sugar, starch and flour into a saucepan. We mix them together.
Add milk and yolk. We mix all the products together with a whisk.
Put the saucepan on medium heat. With constant stirring, bring the resulting mixture to a boil and cook for about five minutes. As soon as the mass acquires a sufficiently thick consistency, remove the pan from the stove. The milk cream should slowly drip off the whisk. Add butter to saucepan. Beat the pudding with a mixer or an electric whisk.
We collect dessert Magnolia in a single composition. Pour a quarter of the pudding into the bottom of the bowl with a spoon.
Lay kiwi slices around the perimeter of the container.
Place half of the crushed biscuits on top of the pudding.
Pour the pudding over the cookies again. In the same way, we fill the second bowl. We send containers with pudding for two hours in the refrigerator.
After the specified time, decorate the dessert. In a circle we pour a crumb of cookies, and in the center we place pieces of kiwi, cut into small triangles.
A simple Magnolia dessert recipe is ready! Serve the pudding chilled.
