Prepare an omelet with curd cheese and herbs in lavash for a family breakfast. It will surprise you with its appetizing appearance and pleasant creamy taste. A hearty and fragrant omelette in lavash in a pan belongs to quick breakfasts. Thanks to simple manipulations, ordinary thin lavash turns into a delicate culinary product. It conquers with its ruddy crust and juicy stuffing inside.
Before you start cooking the omelette recipe in pita bread, chop the onion and parsley leaves.
From pita bread, cut out a circle that corresponds to the diameter of the pan. As a template, you can use a suitable lid from a pan or an inverted plate.
Heat up the butter in a frying pan. On a small fire, simmer the pieces of onion under the lid until transparent, and then fry them in an open form until a light golden color.
Break the eggs into the pan. The yolks can be left whole or slightly loosened. If the diameter of the pan is not very large, use only two eggs.
Add half of the cream cheese to the eggs. Break it up into small pieces.
Let the eggs set slightly, then with a wooden spatula mix the contents of the pan into a homogeneous mass and form a circle.
Salt and pepper the egg mixture. Spread the chopped parsley and pieces of the remaining cheese on it.
Lavash cake is placed on the egg mass and lightly pressed with the palm of your hand. Fry the omelet for two to three minutes.
Then cover it with a small flat plate, turn it over and transfer it back to the pan. We continue to cook the omelette in pita bread over medium heat for another two to three minutes.
Transfer the finished dish to a wide flat plate and fold in half. If desired, sprinkle it with a little ground paprika and cut into two or three segments.
Your breakfast omelet-lavash is ready! As an addition, we use curd cheese with herbs.
