Do you miss delicate homemade pastries? We want to fix that, because we have already prepared a recipe for Baku Kurabye for you. It is prepared as quickly as it is eaten. The combination of crumbly dough with delicate jam is amazing!
Take the butter out of the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to soften it. Add regular and vanilla sugar, which can be replaced with vanillin. Mix the mixture with a spatula or food processor.
Pour half of the flour from the recipe into a bowl with butter. Add raw egg white to it. Knead a homogeneous mass.
Gradually add the remaining flour, mixing the dough until smooth. It should be sticky.
Now you need to form the Baku Kurabye. To do this, use a pastry bag, syringe or cellophane bag. To make the cookies more beautiful, you can use special pastry nozzles. Transfer the dough into the bag and deposit the cookies of the desired shape.
In the center of the Baku Kurabye cookies we make small cavities, which we fill with jam. If there is no jam, then you can replace it with boiled condensed milk. And now we send it to the oven preheated to 200℃ for 12 minutes.
