Such an appetizer is prepared in a matter of minutes and absolutely without any problems. Use not very fat sour cream as a base, a 15-20% product is perfect, the sauce will not be too thick, we do not need that! But do not take liquid 10% sour cream, otherwise the sauce will spread out completely. Otherwise, everything is much simpler – you will need a little greenery and garlic for a piquant note. Also add a few drops of lemon juice to the sour cream garlic sauce – the citrus aroma will enhance the taste.
We will tell you how to make sour cream and garlic sauce quickly and easily. Add chopped garlic to the sour cream immediately – grate it on a fine grater or squeeze it through a regular garlic press. For the sauce, adjust the amount of garlic to your taste. For those who like spicy snacks, you can add more cloves. Stir the mixture immediately so that the sour cream begins to soak up the aromas of garlic.
Add finely chopped greens (previously washed and dried) to the sauce – they will give the sour cream additional taste and aroma. Dill and parsley are perfect here. For the sauce, use only soft and tender leaves, removing large sprigs.
Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste, add a few drops of lemon juice to taste, it will give a delicate citrus aroma.
