The fastest way to make homemade pizza is to fry it from lavash! In this recipe, we will use thin lavash cut into strips – it will serve as an excellent base for pizza and no dough will need to be kneaded. The sauce and filling here will be ordinary. Use any ketchup, sausages, tomatoes and cheese. A few minutes of your time and the most delicious pizza from sliced lavash in a frying pan will be ready. Such pastries hold their shape perfectly, it will be easy to cut into portions. The dough is crispy on the edges, soft and tender inside. The juicy filling gives the dish an unforgettable taste. Roll the thin lavash into a tube and cut it into thin strips. If you have lavash left over from yesterday and it has become slightly stale and dry, this product is also suitable for pizza, do not throw anything away.
Add the chicken eggs to a deep bowl, add salt and whisk the mixture with a fork or whisk. You can pepper the egg mixture if desired.
Pour milk into the eggs and mix everything again.
Add all the chopped lavash to the beaten eggs and stir – you have the pizza base.
Cut the sausages into medium-sized pieces. Cut the hot dogs into rings.
Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil, put the liquid lavash dough in it and smooth it over the entire surface.
Grease the pizza with ketchup or any other tomato sauce. Sprinkle with a small layer of grated cheese, then lay out the sausages, add tomato slices.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the pizza and place the pan on low heat, cover with a lid.
