Or a savory snack for guests if you decide to have a buffet. Avocado occupies a leading position in vitamins and nutritional properties. It is important to buy soft and ripe avocados, their flesh is very tender, like butter. Ripe avocado pulp makes excellent sauces, spreads and pastes. If it so happened that you bought a hard avocado, then wrap it in thick paper and leave it on the windowsill for a couple of days. The fruits will ripen and will be completely ready for use. Prepare the avocado filling, sandwiches with avocado and tomatoes will be ready in 10-15 minutes.
