Salad with crab sticks and egg pancakes is an original appetizer made from available ingredients that are always sold in the store. A simple but very tasty dish will decorate your everyday as well as holiday table. With crab sticks, you will need eggs for making pancakes, fresh cucumbers, canned corn and cheese. The salad is dressed with mayonnaise and served chilled. You can add a little garlic if you like if you like a spicier treat. The dish is prepared quite quickly, the main thing is to fry the eggs, and all that remains is to chop the remaining ingredients. If the crab sticks are frozen, defrost them in advance. Then the salad of egg pancakes, corn, crab sticks will be ready in 15-20 minutes! It turns out juicy, tender and appetizing.
Break the chicken eggs into a separate deep bowl, add salt and black pepper to taste, shake everything with a fork.
Grease a preheated frying pan with oil, pour in the egg batter and fry 3-4 thin egg pancakes. They fry very quickly, literally 10 seconds on each side. Turn them over carefully so as not to tear them. We recommend using a frying pan with a non-stick bottom.
Roll the fried products into a roll and cut into strips or strips.
Cut the chilled crab sticks into strips.

Add chopped crab sticks, cucumbers and egg pancakes to the bowl.
Add grated hard cheese to the salad. Drain all the marinade from the corn; there is no need for excess liquid here. Add the grains to the remaining ingredients.
