Rustic potato with garlic sauce are a delicious and easy-to-cook dish. It is served on its own or used as a hearty vegetable side dish. Ruddy slices have a thin crust, a soft middle, a delicate taste and a very alluring aroma. The perfect accompaniment to this dish can be homemade sauce. Dry the peeled potato tubers with paper towels and cut into large slices.
We are preparing the marinade. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and spices.
Pour the marinade over the potato slices. Mix the slices together. We make sure that each piece is covered on all sides with oil and spices.
Our rustic potatoes are being prepared in the oven - put the prepared slices on a baking sheet with parchment paper. We place them at a small distance from each other. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 200˚C. Baking time - 30 minutes.
We're preparing the sauce. In a small container, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, two finely chopped sprigs of dill and a clove of garlic passed through a press.
Put the finished dish on a wide flat plate. Sprinkle with chopped dill and garlic.
