Mexican chicken liver with vegetables and spices, which are included in almost every dish. This is a light dish with a set of nutrients that are beneficial to human health. Each ingredient has high nutritional and energy value. With rapid heat treatment, the unique properties of the products are almost completely preserved. And their taste improves. The high protein content in chicken liver and the rich vitamin composition of vegetables allow you to cook the dish while on a diet. Chili pepper gives the liver a Mexican flavor, it contains many useful nutrients. They can speed up metabolism and remove excess fluid from the body.
Heat 40 ml vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add finely chopped onion. Fry it until light golden brown.
Add the bell pepper, freed from seeds and cut into small pieces. Fry it with onions for two to three minutes.
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes with a side of no more than 2 cm. Add it to the vegetables and fry over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Put the green beans in the pan. We mix everything. Simmer the vegetable mixture over low heat under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
Heat the remaining vegetable oil in a separate frying pan. Fry the liver pieces on both sides for four minutes, season them with salt and pepper.
Put the fried liver in a pan with stewed vegetables.
Add tomato paste.
We mix all the products together. Simmer them on low heat under the lid for 5-10 minutes. An appetizing Mexican mixture with chicken liver is served as an independent full-fledged dish for a family lunch or dinner. For decoration, use chopped dill or cilantro.
