Cook Italian pasta Carbonara with smoked brisket for dinner. It will become your family’s favorite dish. Its main advantage is the availability of ingredients and high cooking speed. The process of creating a popular dish with amazing taste and aroma takes no more than 35 minutes. Let’s cook a delicious recipe – carbonara pasta with brisket at home!
Pour a liter of clean water into a small saucepan. Bring the liquid to a boil, add salt to taste. Add the spaghetti, mix well and cook according to package instructions until al dente. While the pasta is cooking, cut the brisket into thin slices, three cheese on a fine grater.
You can cook carbonara pasta with raw smoked or smoked brisket, at your discretion. Fry the brisket pieces in a dry frying pan for three minutes. We try to melt excess fat as much as possible. When the pieces of brisket slightly decrease in volume and become light golden, transfer them to a paper towel to remove excess fat.
We throw the finished pasta on a sieve. We leave 100 ml of water in which it was cooked. Transfer the pasta to the skillet. Mix them with melted fat.
Put the yolk in a small container, add salt and pepper. We mix everything well.
Pour in 2 tablespoons of the water in which the pasta was cooked. Mix everything again. To the resulting liquid, add hard and curd cheese. Mix everything well with a hand whisk or fork.
We turn on the stove. Warm up the pasta. Add dressing and stir.
Then add some more water and fried brisket to the pasta. Once again, mix everything well. As soon as the excess liquid evaporates and the cheese melts well, turn off the stove.
For a beautiful presentation, we grab a part of the pasta with culinary tweezers and scroll around its axis. The resulting spiral is transferred to a serving plate and released. Add brisket pieces. If desired, sprinkle the dish with a small amount of grated cheese and decorate with herbs.
Serve hot pasta carbonara with brisket.
