We will analyze his recipe together. Beef stewed in tomato sauce with vegetables will make every gourmet admire the dish. Let's start the beef azu recipe by cutting the beef pulp into a medium cube. Try to remove excess films from the meat, and also do not forget to blot it with a paper towel to remove moisture.
We chop the onion medium, and cut the tomatoes into quarters. Tomatoes in their own juice can be replaced with fresh or canned ones, but in this case, the skin must be removed from them. Since our azu from beef with pickles, we will cut them, followed by potatoes, into large cubes.
We put a cauldron or a thick-walled frying pan on the fire and heat the oil. First, fry the onion until light golden, and then lay out the meat. Stir occasionally to keep beef from burning. Add some salt and other spices to your taste.
