We start the yogurt pancake recipe by preparing the dough. Beat eggs into a deep container, add salt and sugar.
Mix the products together, and then beat them with an electric or manual whisk into a fluffy foam with a lot of bubbles.
Add baking powder to the egg mixture and add sifted flour in small portions. We get a fairly thick dough. While kneading it, carefully break up all the lumps with a spoon.
Pour in the yogurt little by little and gently mix the contents of the container. Bring the resulting mixture to a homogeneous state using an immersion blender. Thanks to this manipulation, the dough becomes more airy. Leave it on the table for five minutes.
Then add vegetable oil.
Carefully mix the butter into the dough. Let the resulting mixture rest for 10 minutes and begin baking.
Heat a non-stick frying pan. Apply a small amount of vegetable oil to its bottom. Pour in a small amount of dough. Distribute it evenly over the entire surface. After one minute, turn the pancake over to the other side. Keep it in the pan for another 30 seconds. The heating level of the stove is slightly above average. We do the same with the remaining dough. Before baking each pancake, lightly oil the pan. Cover hot products with a deep container or pan lid so that their edges become soft and elastic.
