Choux pastry will require a little more time and effort. But the final result will give you a lot of pleasure. As an additional liquid to regular water, you will need not milk, but syrup from canned fruits. Thanks to this unusual ingredient, cooked soft pancakes in boiling water without milk will acquire a delicate creamy color during the baking process. Before kneading the dough for custard pancakes without milk in boiling water, determine the degree of sweetness of the fruit syrup. If necessary, add a small amount of sugar to the syrup or dough. To prepare pancake dough, take a deep container. Pour the sifted flour into it, add salt and mix. For convenience in working with the dough, we use a hand whisk.
Make a well in the flour mixture. Heat the fruit syrup to 40 C. Pour it in a thin stream into a container with flour and mix.
