The Greeks call this salad “rustic”. It is enough to mix all the necessary vegetables and add cheese. Delicate texture of brynza cheese perfectly complements all fresh vegetables. For the recipe, you can use any pitted olives – both green and black. For dressing, take natural extra virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Dried oregano will add additional flavor. Cut the cheese into large pieces. This cheese is quite salty, so do not oversalt the salad. Taste the cheese before adding it to the salad.
Cut the washed tomatoes into large slices. Tomatoes choose tasty, fleshy, juicy, sweetish and fragrant.
Remove the seeds from the sweet red pepper, cut the vegetables into strips.
Rinse the cucumbers and cut off the stems. Cut the vegetables into medium-sized semi-circles.
Peel the red lettuce and cut into half rings for the salad. This onion is very juicy and not spicy, goes well with all vegetables and cheese.
Pour all chopped and prepared vegetables into a deep container, add pitted olives.
