There are many options for preparing a classic Greek salad. Today we suggest preparing this dish with the addition of avocado. The recipe is very original and festive. If you are preparing for a celebration, then take note of it. Greek salad with avocado does not take long to prepare; all vegetables are used fresh. You just need to add Feta cheese and dark olives. It is advisable to take them without seeds so that guests do not have problems. According to tradition, season the dish with natural oil, it should be cold-pressed olive oil. Let’s make this Greek Avocado Salad recipe together!
Tender Feta cheese should be cut into small pieces. When stirring the salad, the cheese may crumble a little, so we advise you not to cut it into very small cubes.
Peel the sweet red pepper from the seeds, remove the front tail, and chop into medium-sized cubes. Cut fresh aromatic cucumbers in the same way.
Chop the sweet red onion into half rings and the cocktail tomatoes into large slices. We can simply cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Peel the avocado, remove the bone, and cut the flesh into thin slices. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands.
Combine all the chopped vegetables in a deep bowl, add the prepared cheese and dark olives (with the pits removed). Season the dish with olive oil, add lemon juice, and pepper if desired. It is not necessary to add salt, because Feta cheese itself is quite salty.
Mix the salad and you can serve it. The result is a refreshing and spicy Greek salad; avocado here goes well with all vegetables. Crispy, flavorful and light Greek salad with avocado will brighten your holiday!
Enjoy your meal!
