This recipe is one of the variations of classic French meat. With the addition of zucchini, the dish acquires additional juiciness and lightness. Here, vegetables play an important role, giving the pork tenderness and softness. French meat with zucchini is a complete lunch or dinner for the whole family. It is also suitable for a festive table, every guest will be delighted. A hearty dish does not require any additives, here is meat, vegetables, and baked cheese! The preparation is not at all difficult, any housewife can handle it. Prepare all the ingredients according to the list and go to the kitchen. Let’s cook french meat with zucchini together!
Rinse the pork flesh and cut into slices as for chops. Go over the meat with a culinary hammer and beat it so that the slices become flatter and thinner. Salt and pepper each chop to your taste.
Peel the onion, rinse it and cut it into half rings or quarters. The onion will add juiciness and a delicate taste to the meat!
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, place half of the onion on the bottom, and distribute the pork chops on top.
Grease each piece of meat with mayonnaise and add all the remaining onions on top. Add a lot of onions.
Place thinly sliced zucchini on top of each cutlet. Lightly salt and pepper the vegetables.
Finish off the French-style meat with a layer of grated cheese – after baking, it will form a delicious “cap”.
Bake the meat in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180-190°C. To prevent the cheese from burning, you can cover the pan with foil, and at the end simply remove it so that the cheese browns slightly. After baking, the pork will be very soft, tender and juicy!
