We prepare pancakes from corn flour in water - mix wheat and corn flour in a deep container.
Add salt and sugar. We combine all dry products with each other.
In a separate container, use a whisk to beat the eggs. Add them to the flour mixture. Mix.
Pour in mineral water in small portions. Knead a homogeneous dough.
Add vegetable oil. Mix it thoroughly into the pancake mixture. Leave the finished dough on the work table. The holding time is at least 30 minutes. It’s good if the dough sits for about two hours.
To bake corn pancakes in water with eggs, use a non-stick frying pan. Lubricate it with a thin layer of vegetable oil before each portion of pancake dough. The most convenient way to do this is with a silicone brush or paper napkin.
Fry the pancakes over high heat for two minutes on each side. We roll them into triangles or into rolls while hot. Transfer the round products to a wide flat plate and cover to keep them warm.
