Here is a simple and affordable recipe – chopped chicken cutlets with mayonnaise in a frying pan. In addition to mayonnaise, you will need to add eggs, a little onion and starch to the minced meat. Garlic will give the cutlets a spicy aroma. You don’t even need a meat grinder to prepare minced meat. Chop the chicken fillet with a knife, cutting the meat into small cubes. The cutlets are fried in a few minutes. It will take you no more than 30 minutes to prepare them. In the meantime, you will have time to quickly set the table and call everyone to the table.
You can prepare any side dish for the chopped chicken cutlets with mayonnaise – rice or potatoes. Also offer any sauce – sour cream, ketchup or mustard. A big plus is that this dish can be served both hot and cold. You can even take it with you on the road, placing the cutlets between slices of toasted bread – it will be satisfying and tasty!
Let's start preparing the recipe for chopped chicken cutlets with mayonnaise. Rinse the chicken fillet (breast) and dry with napkins or paper towels, then cut the meat into small cubes and place in a deep plate or bowl.
Add diced onions and finely chopped garlic clove to the minced meat. Vegetables will give the cutlets extra juiciness.
Beat the previously stirred chicken egg into the minced meat and add mayonnaise. Mayonnaise will give the cutlets softness, fluffiness and tenderness. Mix everything thoroughly.

Fry each piece for 3-4 minutes on each side to brown and make it more appetizing. During this time, both the minced chicken and onions will become completely cooked and soft. Using the same principle, fry all the cutlets until the minced meat is gone. If necessary, add a little more oil.
