It is difficult to find a more popular dish than chicken cutlets. For an everyday menu, this is just great. From a small chicken fillet, you can prepare a full meal for the whole family. And to diversify the dish, you can always add mushrooms, cheese or any vegetables. Such chicken cutlets with soy sauce are absolutely not difficult to prepare. Every housewife can fry them, even without any experience. Here is a quick recipe. All you need is chicken fillet, eggs, a little starch, soy sauce, green onions and spices. All the ingredients are very affordable, they can be bought in any store. It is soy sauce and spices that will give the cutlets an Asian taste and a piquant aroma. Chicken cutlets with soy sauce can be served with any side dish. They also make an excellent appetizer, and it will be good both warm and cold.
Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry with paper towels, then cut the meat into small cubes. If desired, place the fillet in the freezer for 15 minutes beforehand, this will make it easier to cut.
Transfer the chopped meat to a convenient bowl, beat in the chicken egg, add salt and pepper to taste. Be careful with the salt, do not add too much, as the soy sauce is already salty.
Now pour soy sauce into the resulting mince - it is desirable that it be thick. Also add ground ginger for piquancy. Mix everything thoroughly.
Add potato starch and stir the minced chicken again. The starch will prevent the cutlets from falling apart during frying.
