Brazilian fish soup with vegetables is a delicious dish cooked with coconut milk or cream. Cook it in any refractory thick-walled container. In taste and structure, this delicacy resembles a rich creamy sauce. You can adjust the thickness of the soup if you like. Cut tomatoes, onion and garlic into small cubes. We mix all the ingredients together. Add the juice of half a lemon. Mix everything again.
Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes. Fry it until cooked in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.
Add the prepared vegetable mixture to the pepper. Simmer vegetables until soft.
Add water and coconut milk to a saucepan. We mix everything well.
Pour spices and chopped herbs into the resulting sauce. Cook the contents of the container on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Add fish pieces. We cook the dish for another 10 minutes.
Cover the saucepan with a lid. We insist the soup for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished fish soup-puree with vegetables with chopped herbs and serve.
