Raspberries are one of the most beautiful, bright, fragrant and healthy berries. A variety of desserts, pastries, sauces and winter preparations are made from it. Confitures, jams, jams, compotes and syrup – this is not the whole list of dishes that can be made from raspberries.
In this recipe we will prepare raspberry mint jam in a multicooker. It complements the taste of raspberries, making the jam original, with mint flavor and aroma. In a slow cooker, the berries retain their shape, density and appearance. The raspberry mint jam in a multicooker is tasty and beautiful. It can be stored for a long time (6-10 months), the main thing is to warm the containers thoroughly and cork them with clean, dry lids.
Carefully place fresh raspberries that have not lost their appearance in a deep bowl.
Pour in the sweetener. Do not mix the fruits so as not to damage them.
The next step is to add purified water.
Grind clean sprigs of mint, add them to the raspberry billet, leave the mass for 30-50 minutes.
We send the resulting mixture to the capacity of the multicooker, cook in the “quenching” mode for 35-40 minutes. We try not to interfere with the jam. Pour the finished raspberry-mint jam into preheated containers, carefully cork. We cover the inverted container with a warm shawl. After 3-5 hours, we send the fragrant blank to the proper place for storage.
Enjoy your meal!
