This fragrant milk bread in a multicooker with a delicate and fluffy structure was created using a slow cooker. The composition of this baking includes mustard powder and Provence herbs, so it turns out to be very fragrant. Such bread can be served with salads, ham, a piece of butter or sausage cheese. And also with various greens. It can be eaten with red borscht or cabbage soup or washed down with fresh milk.
This recipe fragrant milk bread in a multicooker is also suitable for the oven. But the most crispy crust and tender structure is obtained in a slow cooker. In order for the bread to bake well, 10-15 minutes before the end of production, it must be turned over to the other side.
You can replace the Provence herbs with dried basil or chopped fresh herbs. Or add pieces of young garlic or paprika.
Pour the warm milk product into a deep bowl, add the sweetener and yeast. Mix the ingredients with a culinary whisk, wait 12-15 minutes.
Pour vegetable fat to the yeast preparation.
Add salt and sifted flour.
At the next stage, we introduce the required amount of mustard powder.
Add dry spices or other spices to your liking.
We mix all the components, beat off the bread blank several times with our hands, put it in a bowl, wait 23-35 minutes.
At the next stage, we put the flour mass in the form of a multicooker, having previously processed it with oil, turn it on to the “yogurt” mode, wait 35-49 minutes. We switch the miracle oven to the "baking" mode. We cook 55-65 minutes (depending on the power of the multicooker). We turn the finished bread in the bowl, wait another 15-20 minutes.
