In just 20 minutes, you can cook a delicious and healthy snack – quick marinated champignons. After 4 hours they will be ready to eat. They can be served as a cold appetizer with meat, poultry or sausages. Pickled champignons can be used to prepare festive salads and canapes, various snacks and baking toppings.
Such pickled mushrooms are much tastier than store-bought ones, be sure to try this recipe in your kitchen. The amount of spices and vinegar can be changed according to your preferences.
In a Teflon-coated, high-sided skillet, combine marinade ingredients. Pour salt, dry dill, granulated sugar. Add coriander and peppercorns, clove buds. Pour in vegetable oil and table vinegar. Grind the garlic cloves in any convenient way. This can be done with a garlic press, grater or knife. Add chopped garlic to the spice mixture. Put the pan on the fire and heat the marinade for snacks for one minute.
Prepare fresh mushrooms. It is better to choose small mushrooms, they will marinate faster. Let's wash the mushrooms. If the caps are dark, clean them with a knife. You do not need to cut the mushrooms, we will cook them whole. We dry the champignons from excess moisture with paper towels so that water does not get into the boiling marinade. Put the prepared champignons in a pan with boiling marinade.
Cover the pot with a lid and reduce the heat. Simmer the mushrooms for 7 minutes. Mushrooms will release liquid during cooking.
After the specified time, the mushrooms will reach readiness. They will be saturated with the aromas of spices and will decrease in size. Cool the mushrooms in a frying pan with a lid. Then, together with the spicy marinade, transfer them to a glass jar. Closing it with an airtight lid, we will store the snack in the refrigerator.
After 4 hours, the mushrooms will be marinated and ready to eat. They can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time without losing their taste. Therefore, mushrooms can be pickled for the future, so that later they can be used if necessary for other recipes.
