First of all, send the chicken fillet to a pot of boiling water. Make sure that the meat is cooked for no more than 20 minutes: if you miss the moment, the chicken breast will become dry and tough. While the fillet is cooking, take care of the mushrooms. Mushrooms should be thoroughly washed and chopped into thin slices. Don't be confused by the volume - during frying, the mushrooms will give off a significant amount of moisture and significantly lose weight.
Sliced champignons fry in a pan. In the process of frying, chopped onions can be added to the mushrooms.
Cool the cooked chicken fillet and cut into thin (as far as possible) cubes.
It's time for the apples. If the peel is tender, you can not cut it, and if it is hard, it is better to peel the fruit. Remove the core from the apples and cut them into strips.
