A warm salad with beef and vegetables is suitable for a hearty lunch and a hearty dinner. The dish includes both meat and vegetables – this is very healthy. Meat is ideally combined with vegetables and is much better and faster digested. If you do not take into account that beef is cooked for a long time, then in general the dish is assembled in a matter of minutes. For the salad you will need eggplant, tomatoes and cucumbers. Olive oil and lemon juice are perfect for dressing. Salad will be vitamin and healthy! Prepare a recipe for a warm salad with beef and vegetables and make your diet more balanced.
Rinse the beef and place in a pot of boiling water. Cook the meat for 50-60 minutes with a little seething, adding a little salt. Then let the beef cool down right in the broth - so the pulp will become juicier. In the meantime, it cools down, take care of the vegetables.
Cut the eggplant into semicircles, sprinkle with salt and leave it alone for 15 minutes to release the bitter juice.
Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a pan, put the eggplant and fry the vegetables on both sides for 2-3 minutes. The oil is very quickly absorbed into the eggplant, so periodically add it to the pan. Fry all the eggplant in this way.
Prepare a deep container for lettuce, tear the washed lettuce leaves and place in a bowl.
Remove the boiled beef from the broth, cut into slices or tear into fibers.
Put the meat to the greens and mix.
Also add warm fried eggplants to the salad.
Roughly chop the tomatoes and cucumbers. These vegetables are bright, tasty and juicy, perfectly complement the salad.
Put the tomatoes with cucumbers in the salad, salt and pepper the dish to taste.
Pour the warm meat salad with beef with lemon juice and olive oil, mix well so that all the flavors and juices come together.
