Rinse the Chinese cabbage under running water, then cut into thin strips. Do not use the thick and rough parts, it is better to cut them off. The green and tender part of the cabbage is perfect for the salad.
Rinse the radish and cut off all the ends, cut the vegetable into medium-sized half rings or slices.
Place the chopped cabbage and prepared radish into a deep, suitable salad bowl.
