The step-by-step recipe for chicken broth with homemade noodles begins with meat processing. Pour chicken wings with a liter of cold water. Add salt, pepper, onion, garlic slices, bay leaf and butter.
Bring the contents of the pan to a boil, reduce the heat of the stove to a minimum, remove the foam. Boil the broth for 40 minutes. This is enough time for the meat to cook, but retain the texture and integrity. Do not cover the pot while the broth is cooking. This culinary technique helps to maintain a high transparency of the liquid.
Let's start making noodles. In a small bowl, mix eggs, salt and vodka. Alcohol in the dough is the secret ingredient of Soviet technologists. Thanks to an unusual additive, the noodles do not stick together and do not become limp after cooking.
