We are preparing a simple, but very tasty and healthy first course – chicken broth with an egg. To make its taste more piquant and rich, you can add some vegetables, roots and herbs to the chicken. Carrots, sweet peppers, onions, celery roots, parsley or parsnips are best suited. You can add spices, but they should not be too much, otherwise they will spoil the delicate taste of the finished dish. It is advisable to store the broth in a separate bowl. And add boiled eggs and meat before serving.

For a rich broth, we will use chicken meat on the bone. Backs, wings, legs or thighs are ideal for this. Then add peeled and coarsely chopped carrots to the water. Remove the husk from the bulb, leaving only the bottom layer. Wash it thoroughly and add to the broth to give it a beautiful golden hue.
