Goulash with beans is not only highly nutritious, but also rich in flavor. Any beans will work for this recipe, but to save time, use a canned product. It is ideal to buy beans in tomato sauce. Take pork as a base, although goulash can be made from beef or chicken, which is much simpler. The pork dish turns out to be aromatic and tasty. Moreover, such meat is always on sale and is easy to buy. In addition to pork, you will need a traditional set of vegetables from onions and carrots. As a side dish with which goulash with pork beans will be combined, you can boil any pasta or rice. We hope that today’s dish will become popular in your family.
Rinse the pork and cut into long strips or medium strips. Choose any meat according to its fat content. This could be neck, tenderloin, loin or shoulder.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the pork pieces, fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Then add salt and ground black pepper for taste and aroma.
While the meat is roasting, peel all the vegetables. Cut the onions and carrots into half rings.
Add chopped vegetables to the fried meat.
Mix everything, fry the pork and vegetables for a couple more minutes, stirring. Pour in 100-150 g of water and simmer for 25-30 minutes, until almost done. Make the fire minimal.
Then add a little flour and mix all the ingredients. The flour will thicken the goulash and give the gravy the right consistency.
Now put all the beans into the pan along with the tomato sauce. Also pour in all the remaining water. If necessary, add salt to the sauce.
Simmer the goulash with beans in tomato sauce for another 10-15 minutes until the pork is completely cooked. You get a lot of gravy, enough to pour over pasta or rice.
