Wash salad greens with cold water. Tear large leaves with your hands, dry on paper towels. Be sure to sprinkle the leaves with lemon juice and mix.
Cut salmon fillet into small pieces. It is important to check the fish pieces for bones and remove them with tweezers.
Wash the tomato and cut into medium or large pieces. Add to salad bowl.
Also wash and chop the sweet red pepper (if you wish, you can choose not only red, but also yellow or orange pepper). Send to salad bowl. Mix gently.
